Cozymum & Me – Delivery Policy

 

UK

There is a post and packaging fee of £3.99, however, we do offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.  We try to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them and send them first class via Royal Mail. Please allow 2-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

 

International

The following delivery charges apply for international shipping under 2kg:

Europe – £15

Rest of World – £28

Any customs or import duties may be charged once your Cozymum & Me parcel arrives at its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  These are imposed by local legislation and, as such, we have no control over them and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as policies and levies vary widely from country to country.

 

Cozymum & Me Returns and Exchange policy

 

We hope that you love everything that you order from us but, should you need to return or exchange and item, we ask that you email us at info@cozymumandme.com within 28 days so that we can provide you with a returns code and a form to complete and enclose with your item(s).

Products must be returned within 28 days in their original new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled condition and in their Cozymum & Me packaging.

Please note that the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense: we recommend that you use a service that enables you to track the package as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.  For more details, please do view our returns policy which is available on our website: www.cozymumandme.com

Sets are not eligible for a partial refund or partial exchange – the entire set must be sent back to us.

The number of returns made by customers is taken into consideration, however, and we reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests if we feel that there has been an abuse of our returns policy in the past.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

 

Every care is taken to inspect items before they are shipped to ensure that they are of the highest quality, but if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item in error, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label.  To arrange for this to be sent to you, please contact us at info@cozymumandme.com along with a photograph of the damage or incorrectly shipped product and your name and order number so that we can assist you further.   All faulty or damaged items must be returned to Cozymum & Me within 28 days of contacting us for a full refund or exchange.
