Ordering with Cozymum & Me is easy: our website is designed with the customer in mind.

How do I place an order?

Our website has been designed with the user in mind.  Browse our products via the menus at the top of the home page: when you find a product that you like, where required, simply select the colour and size that you prefer from the options available and click on the box to “add to basket”.

You can continue to browse, or proceed to the checkout via the shopping bag icon at the top of the main page.  Once you are ready to check out, please confirm the items that you would like to purchase and click on “proceed to checkout”.

Enter your shipping and billing details – name, address, email and contact telephone number.  If you have a discount code, do not forget to add it at the top in the box marked “Have a coupon?”.  Please note that only one discount can be applied per order!

If you are happy with everything, click on either the “proceed to paypal” button and the page will direct you to Paypal in order to pay via your Paypal account or, to pay by debit or credit card, click on “proceed with stripe”.

For Paypal transactions, please consult their website for more information about this process.  You can click on ‘return to merchant’ at the end of the transaction with Paypal to return to the Cozymum & Me website again.

For Stripe transactions, please follow their onscreen instructions.  You will return to the Cozymum & Me website once payment is completed.

You will receive an automated confirmation email from us so that you know that we have received your order and a second email once your order has been dispatched

The item or size/colour that I wanted is out of stock: can I pre-order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pre-orders on items.  We do endeavour, however, to keep you informed as to when items are expected to be back in stock again in the product description.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal and Stripe.

Please visit the PayPal website to register for a user account with them in order to use this service and to view their Ts & Cs, or the Stripe website for their Ts & Cs.

When will I be charged for my item(s)?

You will be charged when you finalise your order with Paypal or Stripe.  If you have a discount code, please enter it in the box marked ‘Have a coupon?” before you proceed to Paypal or Stripe.

Your payment card will be debited once your order has been validated.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you via the email address that you provide in order to notify you of any problems, and to arrange a replacement or to cancel the item from the order and refund you as necessary.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

We’re sorry but we are unable to offer this at present, but hope to launch this service soon.

Can I have a gift receipt?

Not at the moment!  Our packing and dispatch slips do have the price marked on them, but we are looking into being able to offer the option of a gift receipt at checkout in the near future.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed.  If you change your mind, simply return the unwanted items for a full refund when they arrive and place a new order for additional or alternative items.

Post, Packaging and Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

For delivery addresses in the UK, there is a post and packaging fee of £3.99, however, we do offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes.  Post and packing fees apply for international shipping via Royal Mail:

Europe – £15

Rest of World – £28


Any customs or import duties may be charged once your Cozymum & Me parcel arrives at its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  These are imposed by local legislation and, as such, we have no control over them and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as policies and levies vary widely from country to country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it and all items are shipped first class via Royal Mail.  Standard delivery times are 2-5 working days for UK mainland and 5-10 days for international shipping.  You will receive an email when your item(s) leave our warehouse.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

No.  We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love everything that you order from us but understand that, from time to time, we all change our minds.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Should you need to return or exchange and item, we ask that you email us at within 28 days so that we can provide you with a returns code and further information.  You can then complete this form to return with your item(s).

Products must be returned within 28 days in their original new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled condition and in their Cozymum & Me packaging.

Please note that the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense: we recommend that you use a service that enables you to track the package as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Every care is taken to inspect items before they are shipped to ensure that they are of the highest quality, but if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item in error, please accept our sincere apologies and contact us at  We will issue you with a free returns label and arrange to refund or replace your item(s) as quickly as possible.

How and when will I be refunded?

Once you have contacted us at with regards a refund, and this has been verified and agreed to, we will refund you for your item(s) via Paypal or Stripe, depending on which payment method you chose at the checkout.  We are only able to refund monies to the card used for the purchase of your order, for security reasons.
